Bihar Politics A complaint has been filed in Sheohar Court against the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi. A complaint has been filed in the court for calling the Hindu society violent in the Lok Sabha. The complaint has been filed by BJYM Sheohar Rural Division President Nitesh Kumar Giri. A complaint has been filed in Sheohar CJM court against the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for calling Hindu society violent and showing pictures of Hindu deities in a derogatory manner during the proceedings of Lok Sabha.

“BJYM Sheohar Rural Division President Nitesh Kumar Giri, a resident of Jafarpur in Sheohar city police station area, filed the said complaint in the court of in-charge CJM Raghavendra Sharan Pandey on Thursday.”

In the complaint filed, the plaintiff has informed that during the proceedings of Lok Sabha on July 1, the Leader of Opposition made derogatory remarks regarding Hindu Sanatan Dharma, showed pictures of Hindu deities in a derogatory manner and called Hindu society violent. It is said that it will be broadcasted on various platforms.It was broadcast on 10 TV channels and published in newspapers. The Hindu society including the plaintiff is deeply hurt by this statement of Rahul Gandhi. Millions of Hindus around the nation have had their feelings bruised. Also, the Hindu society is feeling insulted. The plaintiff Nitesh Kumar Giri has demanded to register a case and punish him under sections 299 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In-charge CJM Raghavendra Sharan Pandey has kept the complaint for consideration.
