Nitish Kumar has started strengthening his party from the Bihar assembly elections. He does not want to leave any stone unturned regarding the elections this time. A plan has also been made to train all the in-charges. These selected workers and booth in-charges will be recognized as the first workers. It is being told that they will be directly connected to the state headquarters. Assembly elections are to be held in Bihar next year. In such a situation, JDU is busy making its strategy for the elections. JDU is giving more emphasis on booths in this sequence. JDU has started strengthening the booths in those potential assembly constituencies where it is preparing to contest elections. JDU will identify at least five to ten workers at all the booths of such selected assembly seats and assign the responsibility of the booth in charge to some of them.
“A plan has also been made to train all the in-charges. These selected workers and booth in-charges will be recognized as workers first. It is being told that they will be directly connected to the state headquarters. Not only this, if the officials from the state to the district unit also visit any area, then they will be in touch with the respective booth charge. Their participation will also be ensured in the programs held at the party level.”
If any state-level officer reaches the area of the booth in charge, then he will also have to meet the booth in charge. The party believes that this will boost the morale of the workers at the booth level. JDU will also organize a training program for its booth in-charges.
