Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has expressed strong confidence in the BJP's prospects for the upcoming Jharkhand Assembly elections. During a visit to Ranchi, Sarma stated that the BJP is poised to win and form a "double-engine government" in the state.
Speaking at Birsa Munda Airport, Sarma highlighted the BJP's robust performance in recent Lok Sabha elections, suggesting that this momentum would carry over to the state assembly elections. He emphasized that the current government is likely to be ousted from power, paving the way for a new BJP administration.
Sarma's visit included participation in the party's Vijay Sankalp meetings in Khunti and Torpa assembly constituencies, where he commended booth-level workers and encouraged their efforts in the election campaign. Other BJP leaders are also actively engaged in election preparations across Jharkhand, aiming to consolidate support and secure a decisive victory.
The BJP's campaign strategy in Jharkhand focuses on leveraging its recent electoral successes and presenting a united front to voters. Sarma's confident predictions reflect the party's optimism and determination to achieve a significant political shift in the state.
