Amit Shah Launches Election Campaign in Jharkhand, Vows to Form Majority Government

Ranchi, Jharkhand: Union Home Minister Amit Shah officially kick-started the BJP's election campaign for the Jharkhand assembly elections on Saturday. Addressing party workers at Prabhat Tara Maidan in Ranchi, Shah criticized the current Hemant Soren-led JMM-Congress-RJD government, labeling it as the "most corrupt" in the country and urged for a full majority BJP government.

Shah detailed various corruption scandals under the Soren administration, citing a thousand-crore MNREGA scam, a thousand-crore mining scam, and a 300-crore land scam. He highlighted instances of money recovery from a Congress MP's residence and the PA of a minister in the current government. "This is money looted from the public and collected through corruption," Shah asserted, condemning the Congress for considering a ticket for a jailed minister.

He accused Chief Minister Hemant Soren of enabling Bangladeshi infiltration and neglecting tribal rights. Shah pledged that a BJP government would issue a white paper on the population issue and ensure the protection and benefits for the tribal population.

Amit Shah's robust address sets a clear agenda for the BJP in Jharkhand, focusing on anti-corruption measures and safeguarding tribal rights. The BJP aims to replace the current government with a majority to bring stability and integrity to the state administration.
